Weight-Loss Update Day 33
I thought that I would post an update since it has been awhile. I get on the scale as an act of routine every morning and log the number regardless. Last week, I had some days where it stood still and even went up and I am taking it all with a grain of salt 🙂
I am basically here for 33 days just hitting 25lbs, The goal is to keep the head down and keep working it. When I lost another 25 lbs then I will re-evaluate my progress. See you then.
